Welcome to our school!
The following items are needed to register your child in our school:
1. Social Security Card
2. Birth Certificate
3. Shot Records
4. Drop slip with current grades from last school attended
5. Parent/Guardian Driver's License. Must have current address - we will give you two weeks to get this once you have relocated.
6. Two (2) proofs of residency (lease, sale, utility bills, etc.)
7. Custody documents, if applicable.
