Library News – February 22-26, 2010
AR points end on March 5th for the 3rd 9 weeks.
Students have been busy reviewing library reference skills in preparation for spring testing. Please encourage your child to take their time recalling this information while selecting answers on the test. Seventh Ward Students are the BEST!!!
Library book orders for the 2009/10 school year have arrived. We have added lots of nonfiction AR books so….. have your child check them out!
Students who earn all of their required AR points for the 3rd nine weeks will be invited to the Million Dollar Readers Club. Students will earn a 100 Dollar Bookmark and 100 Dollar Notepad while enjoying some free Million Dollar Minutes in the library. Please continue to encourage your child to read for a few minutes every day!
Remember: Readers are Leaders!!!
